I started my "Mak Attack training" with the goals of firming up my entire body and getting back into better condition. Since that time, I've already started to notice results in the areas that we've focused on the most (shoulders, arms, upper back.) The part of Laura's training that I've been most impressed with is how she carefully strengthened a problem area in my left shoulder that had hurt (if lifting weights) for many years now. We've gotten it to the point where I usually don't feel any pain there anymore. She also made an effort to provide a better diet for me. And, she can always put you in a better mood and seems to genuinely like helping people. I'd recommend her to anyone!
